@RetailPro369 Hoka's buyer personal is those working in hospitals as medicare professionals or nurses, who work long hours on their feet. They seemed to target the millennial generation, because it seemed like the median age of the demographic was 20's-30's.

I think it is insane that people can now go to school virtually rather than in person. The Metaverse offers so many opportunities to go virtual, including meeting and learning rather than going to an in person class, which I am in more support for @RetailPro369
Something I have noticed with LULU Lemon is that they segment their app interface to tailor to the user. When I get on the app, it shows me men's items. And when my sister and friends got on their app, it is different to tailor to their liking. @RetailPro369
I never imagined the cognative mapping theory would have close resemblance with bigger brands across different people. It really shows how companies brand themselves and shows that it can lead to success and widespread positivity when they do that.
Whats the difference between tangible and intangible elements? Do we know? Well I do. Tangible elements all include product, price, place, promotion, presentation, personnel.
Intangible: Organization policies dealing with employees and publicโs, corporate social responsibility.
