@TfL @MayorofLondon what a great service for people arriving from overseas to Heathrow Terminal 5. Taxpayers spent millions of pounds for this to be built and 2 train every hour!!!! This should run 24/7 and have a more frequent service. Ploy to make people use Heathrow Express

@easyJet Just been left on hold with music playing when I asked for someone to deal with it. I fly many times a year with you but I can't see that happening in the future. Just arrived back last night on one of your flights!

So @easyjet think it is OK to move my flight by nearly 8hrs and cost me a day's wages. They moved me to a lunchtime flight which arrives late evening instead of my evening flight which arrived in the morning. On top of that i have to pay for an extra night at the hotel.

I ask to be moved to the morning flight so I could at least get some value out of the extra hotel charge. Now they won't refund the money I paid for extra leg room as these seats have gone on the morning flight. Been on the phone for over 1.25hrs trying to get it sorted.

Arsenal could have won the league last year if it hadn't been for a bad VAR decision. Spurs could have won the Champions League if it wasn't for a shocking VAR decision. Every bad decision costs clubs money.
