@SteveOnSpeed Getting in shape is tougher. Every day you have habits you need to break which took years to build. You can do the barest minimum financially and come out okay
@hybridathlete I recently bought a Peloton with it being colder out to replace with running cardio this Fall. I can attest to having biked for more than a month, my long runs are WAY easier.
Question though - what type of cycling? I’ve been doing 30 min HIIT and feel good
@MattLaciskey Love the use of CD ladders, especially now! The tide seems to always sway back and forth between this strategy. Just recently did a bunch of recommendations for these
@olsonplanner Unfortunately the first exposure some/most physicians have are with reps like these in medical school or residency. When I was at NWM, there was a bunch of reps who had their universities steamed out every year.

@Budgetdog_ Only takes a couple of months of discipline to adjust to your new normal. Unfortunately we have been raised to get instant feedback and if it doesn’t work, throw in the towel
@PeterMallouk Education isn’t just about what you learn, but how it changes the way you think. Some mindsets and thoughts only come after hours studying a topic
@TKopelman What I love about this is that it forces you to live a healthy financial lifestyle based off saving. Doing this long enough will reinforce habits of living within your means. Once you reach retirement, there shouldn’t be such a big shift in your spending habits
