@EastMidRailway 2nd Jan. big storm and floods. 17:02 journey from London to Derby involved a 5 hr trip including taxi from Leicester . Conveniently reduced to ‘60+’ min delay meaning only the single fare was refunded?
Appeal was over ruled with no recourse? EMR/DR/20240103/BHMG

@PezD_Spencer @russty_russ Yes I do too! It ends with him putting an axe into the biggest tree only to hear an incredibly deep loud boom of pain. Just before the titles you see him tending the ‘wound’ in the trunk and apologise!
