@HighwaysNEAST This was pointless. Why is the high sided vehicle restriction not enforced? Driving over the A66 yesterday evening and passed hundreds of high sided vehicles which were swaying all over the place on the single and dual carriageway, and a danger to other road users.

@LNER Is there anything that can be done to recover the advance first single fare that I was originally trying to buy? I think that because I tried to purchase it and the checkout failed it’s removed it from your booking system.
