Prison is designed for punishment, we get it. But to punish lesser involved folks who harmed no one, with a life or death sentence, is a draconian and barbaric practice that other countries and states have already abolished. When is it our turn, Florida?

Florida's misuse and abuse of the Felony Murder Rule has led to massive incarceration, chronic prison overcrowding and a complete waste of hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars. And for what...? Can anyone answer that???
