@SouthwestAir Understood. Southwest issue was at front counter. Almost nobody in line and staff were more focused on upcoming shift change than customers. Dozens of people in line and dozens of staff just standing around chatting. Only 3 seemed to be servicing customers.
@Clear@SouthwestAir@BWI_Airport teamed w/@TSA for my worst experience out of hundreds of times flying out of BWI. Took 40mins to pass CLEAR & PreCheck - services I feel are important enough to pay for!
Why do orgs find it so difficult to get back pre-COVID customer service?
Unbelievably bad experience with @apple online store & sales support. Failed every possible moment: 25 minute chat w/ZERO useful help, call answered by automated attendant, first rep, the transfer to 2nd rep, 3rd rep. Failed online purchase, next chat and call. 100% fail.
@RandBuilds@Co11egeLandlord That is what travel insurance is for. It's inexpensive and comprehensive. Sometimes free depending on the credit card used.
@SouthwestAir Was incredibly disappointed to find a quiet, but major change to Southwest Internet - changed from "per day" to "per segment" but same price? As a longtime SWA flyer and CC holder, that is NOT good. Priorty Card would be free, but is limited to 1 per day so...?
@FrequentMiler Why do you continue to promote expending valuable miles for the WORST provider of vacation rentals? Seriously?
May as well give up Emirates suite to fly on Spirit.
It’s not a deal to spend points for a “free” poor quality stay.
@arlenev318@bchesky@AirbnbHelp You do understand that $$ comes from the host and not AirBNB...right? Then they lose out on their income. But that is what trip insurance is for.
@dustintech@JaimeABerrocal@bchesky AirBNB's "Ground Rules for Guests" have said, since the beginning, "Treat your Host’s home like your own".
You don't take out the trash in your own home?
@dustintech@HMolinillo@sandhya724 @noodle_hat @bchesky If these things are issues for you, did you not ask for the checkout instructions before booking -- after the first time?

@bchesky This doesn't work in vacation markets and sets unreasonable expectations when AirBNB talks about this. These markets are OLDER than AirBNB and primarily rely on the contractor model for cleaning. Maybe AirBNB shouldn't be in vacation markets?
@bchesky Yet agents say their job is to get you hosts/guests off the call in 2 mins or less. Great system. How about just getting BETTER agents that are trained and can actually SOLVE issues.
