昨天，加密行业发生了一件前所未有、也令人心情复杂的事情。

过去，当一家 CEX 出现负面消息时，用户至少还有一个最基本的权利——他们可以自由地把自己的资产转移到其他平台。

但这一次，很多用户突然发现：

他们不是不能离开 HTX，
而是“无处可去”。

由于 HTX 被卷入英国方面的一项制裁争议，部分第三方风控与安全系统，对所有与 HTX 存在资金往来的地址进行了大范围、无差别的风险标记。

很多用户只是正常地进行充提、交易，却因此被限制资金流动、限制交易，甚至出现了仅仅因为向 HTX 充值，就导致其在原平台账户资产被冻结的极端情况。

如此大规模、无差别地将普通用户卷入风控之中，在整个行业历史上，都是极其罕见的。

而最令人难受的是：

现在，HTX 平台本身一切正常。
交易正常、充提正常、OTC 正常，我们甚至一直在努力维持 OTC 的稳定价格，保障用户能够顺利提现。

但“不正常”的，反而变成了用户。

这是一个非常荒诞、也非常值得整个行业关注的现象。

因为这件事真正受到冲击的，不只是 HTX。
而是整个加密行业最珍贵的东西：
用户的信任。

这些用户并不只属于 HTX。
他们也在 Binance、OKX、Bybit、Coinbase，甚至更多平台交易。

他们属于整个行业。

如果一家平台出现问题，正常的逻辑应该是针对平台本身采取措施，而不是让普通用户承担外溢代价，更不应该让用户在毫不知情的情况下，被整个行业“集体误伤”。

目前，HTX 的充提功能依然正常。
用户虽然无法顺利转入部分交易所，但仍然可以提币到链上。

但说实话：

如果最终，所有用户都只能选择把资金提到链上，或者通过 OTC 离场，
那将不是 HTX 的失败，而是整个 CEX 行业信任体系的失败。

因为这意味着：

用户开始相信，任何一家中心化交易所，都可能在某一天失去“互通性”。

对于已经身处寒冬、极度缺乏信心的加密行业来说，这无疑是一次沉重打击。

说一句并不想说的话：

币圈可以没有 HTX，
但绝不能失去用户对整个行业的信心。

在这里，我们也郑重声明：

HTX 始终积极拥抱合规，并愿意配合所有相关方进行审查与沟通，推动误会尽快解除。

我们理解每一家交易所都必须遵守合规要求。
但与此同时，我们也希望行业能够共同保护用户，而不是让普通用户成为系统误判的代价。

因此，我们向所有行业伙伴发出两个真诚的呼吁：

1、希望各交易所能够共同向第三方安全与风控平台反馈当前用户所面临的问题

包括：

被误标记
资金流动受限
正常交易受影响
账户被冻结等情况

并通过数据化反馈，推动相关机构尽快修复问题，同时进一步完善行业风控机制，避免类似事件再次发生。

2、希望各交易所能够尽快优化针对 HTX 用户的风控逻辑

对于来自 HTX、但行为正常、资金来源清晰的用户，希望能够建立更加精准、更加合理的审核机制，保障普通用户的资金安全与正常流动。

在这一过程中，HTX 也一定会全力配合。
