Re NYC congestion pricing @NY Times has a reporter who wrote about traffic in Virginia analyzing NYC congestion pricing. The fix is in somewhere. Who will suffer - the middle class. Delivery trucks will park above 60th and send e-bikes on sidewalks to deliver.
