@DuncanLindsay Totally agree… having had my world turned upside down at a scan l, it felt uncomfortable to watch for him but that might be from my own lived experience of baby loss. Some, I’m sure will have found it funny and I guess I’d love to be that naive to the things that can go wrong

@HSBC_UK very disappointing service. Seems only solution will be to close all accounts with you to another provider as it’s impossible to get any information or advice if you are moving abroad. Why don’t your staff in branch or on phone know about these services?
