Yes!
When dealing with people who cannot use a rotary phone, look things up in a dictionary, cite books as sources, cook from scratch or a host of other things,
few of us mock them.
Not using something new doesn't make us stupid.
It means we know other things, some v valuable.
So few Canadian physicians are still fighting the good fight on twitter. Glad to be interviewed for this article, along with the excellent @TheSGEM and @YoniFreedhoff about pushing back against misinformation on this hellsite.

Research ethics boards need urgent training on Long COVID and ME. Despite being set up to protect vulnerable participants, these boards are ill-equipped to ensure research is safe, especially regarding post-exertional malaise (PEM). https://t.co/Jq25GIZHk7
Think about it.
One of the strangest public health developments of the past few years:
Large parts of the population now experience repeated symptomatic viral illness as culturally normal.
People casually describe:
- being sick every month
- persistent fatigue after “mild” infections
- recurrent respiratory infections
- reduced exercise tolerance
- cognitive changes
- prolonged recovery windows
All while simultaneously insisting population health is fundamentally unchanged.
Historically, populations noticing a measurable decline in baseline resilience would have triggered enormous medical concern.
Now it gets reframed as adaptation.
That shift in perception may end up being one of the most consequential psychological transitions of the post-2020 era.
World Health Organization director general told @nytimes that officials emphasized close contact as the way hantavirus spreads to avoid panicking people over occasional instances when transmission occurs without close contact.
He said @WHO did not rely on the study of the 2018 Andes outbreak because it had not been "replicated."
The virologist who conducted the study disagreed, saying their paper defines what the virus can do under favorable transmission conditions and public health guidance must account for this.
Publishing maps of targets and providing operational guidance for criminal activity is what terrorist entities do.
A group calling itself “Palestine Action – Canada” has published a target map identifying institutions in Canada, Europe and the United States that it claims are linked to Israel. The map directs users to an “underground manual” with guidance on forming secret cells, committing property damage, evading law enforcement and destroying evidence of criminal activity.
This is the organized promotion of criminal extremism, and it demands an immediate national-security response.
B’nai Brith Canada has alerted law enforcement, national security agencies and international partners.
We are writing to Public Safety Minister Gary Anandasangaree to follow the U.K.’s lead and designate Palestine Action as a terrorist organization.
Any network that identifies Canadian targets, circulates operational guidance for unlawful activity and encourages people to organize in secret cells is a threat to our national security and must be designated as such.
A really important petition!

This document is a MUST READ for Canadians.
It begins to make sense now when this document is analyzed for its inherent threats to Canadian sovereignty and national security.
I’m currently working on a chart to reveal the scope and level of threat.

These cases are incredible important because A) people deserve this to be recognized as disability and to receive these benefits and B) legal cases are the only thing that will move the powers that be to do anything about COVID prevention.
I appreciate your frustration. I share it.
But we need to remember that individual citizens have a role in a democracy that is more extensive than voting every 4 years and opining on social media.
We must get involved.
On November 17, Toronto City Hall intends to raise the Palestinian flag to commemorate Palestinian Independence Day.
The event celebrates the November 15, 1988, Palestinian Liberation Organization’s (PLO) self-declaration of a “State of Palestine,” announced by Yasser Arafat during the First Intifada, paying homage to violence and terrorism.
While civilians were being blown up in buses, and terror was glorified as “resistance,” Arafat declared “independence” in the name of the PLO, which, at the time, was a terror-listed entity in Canada.
The PLO’s affiliated operatives carried out the Munich Olympic massacre in 1972, murdering eleven Israeli athletes, the Khartoum embassy killings, airport massacres, and bus bombings that left civilians burned alive. Its terror activities included hijacking planes, bombing schools, and executing Jews around the world.
While Jewish Torontonians are harassed, threatened, and silenced in their own city, this is the legacy Toronto is celebrating by raising the Palestinian flag to commemorate Palestinian Independence Day.
Mayor Chow, this is not inclusion. It is a glorification of violence.
This event violates the City’s prohibition against flag raisings that espouse hatred, violence or racism. We have contacted the City of Toronto’s Chief of Protocol and External Relations at [email protected] to demand that the event be cancelled. We urge all concerned citizens to follow suit.

1. I've said exactly this for quite some time. Expanding on Adrian's point here, Covid-19 has three distinct characteristics as a disease that enables it to be denied at a societal level.
