@HelloFreshUK what a disaster! Missing items every week and sometimes meals. Today the last one for us most of 4 out of 5 meals missing ! Whilst they refunded us for the missing items it leaves us with missing meals and shopping to do. Not a convenience option!

@AskVirginMoney I have submitted 2 online card closure request 1st said I had a balance I don’t & they would block my card they didn’t. Submitted another & they say to call them you hear on the never ending call script you can close your account online. No answer help fed up

@AskVirginMoney No not as yet as they never answer the phone! It is clear you can close an account online but then being asked to phone this is appalling service and a breach that the ombudsman will be interested in. I will try again but also raise a complaint
