This stretch should be mandatory for people who sit at desks.
It's called the Tactical Frog.
Your hip flexors shorten when you sit. Your glutes stop firing. Your lower back picks up the slack and starts screaming.
The Tactical Frog targets the inner groin, hip flexors, and adductors at the same time.
How to do it:
Get on all fours. Slide your knees out wide, feet flat and facing out. Lower your hips back slowly until you feel a deep stretch through the inner thighs and groin. Hold for 60 to 90 seconds. Breathe into the tight spots.
It should feel uncomfortable but not painful.
Do it every morning before you open your laptop. Do it again before bed.
I've had clients eliminate years of lower back pain just by making this a daily habit because back wasn't the problem. The hips were.
Sitting is not neutral. It's a slow accumulation of tension that eventually becomes injury.
This can be the antidote.
The first 30 minutes after you wake up program your brain for the entire day.
73% of people sabotage it without even realizing it.
Here are 7 morning routines Neuroscience says work.
@brendanmjones Glad you're taking legal steps, document everything, a statement from the animal control officer would probably be helpful as well, it's time they realize that there's consequences to what they are doing, it's truly so low and disgusting that they haven't stopped, psychotic even
@GenomicSETI I mean on one hand I agree on another the proverbial they (our government and other countries government, scientists, secret groups etc) are constantly doing things that nobody knows about so I wouldn't trust that there are no others studying/looking into this, its just unknown
Fixing your gut is annoyingly intricate.
More complex than a diet, but not one size fits all, which is why knowing the right tools is key.
It's one of the best ways to optimize health. I highly recommend implementing some of these strategies:
My top 10 gut health tools:
1. Elimination diets: start simple while you rebuild.
2. Bile flow: taurine, glycine, folate, choline.
3. Lose weight: overweight = gut problems.
4. Constipation fix: mg citrate + iberagast
5. Gut lining: PEA, collagen, lactoferrin, broth, kefir
6. Antimicrobials: S Boulardii, BSO, Mct oil + berberine
7. Inflammation: Curcumin + ginger tea
8. Digesting fats/proteins: Betaine HCL + Tudca
9. Nutrition chemistry: hit all mineral/vitamin RDAs
10. Hydration: 3L men, 2L women daily (1/8 teaspoon sodium, 1/4 mg malate per cup of water)
Bonus tools
- thyroid: 120 carbs daily
- fiber: PHGG, MCP, boiled carrots
- biofilms: NAC
- co-systems: oral health, sinus health
- circadian rhythm: morning light, darkness after sunset
@TheChiefNerd Also they should try consistent micro doses and see how that works, can't believe they gave her a hero dose, can only imagine what she experienced, consistent micro dosing helps with regeneration over time
@TheChiefNerd This is amazing!! I wonder what Ibogaine would do for things like this and dementia, it has been proven to reverse brain atrophy, restore neural connections, it's a really bad trip but the after effects are incredible and improvement continues for weeks and stays improved
A lot of people donโt know this, but weak hips cause all sorts of problems, especially in the lower back and knees.
Fix it! Thatโs all.
Warning: these are not easy to do ๐๐ผ
GOD BLESS YOU SIR ๐ซต๐ป๐ซก

Clint Eastwood Said Something About Getting Old That Stopped Me Cold.
Aging is not gentle.
You are still here. Still present. Still watching the world move. But the body that carried you through everything - the wars, the work, the wildness of youth - begins to ask for more than you can give it. Joints that never complained now speak up in the morning. Eyes that once took in everything now flinch at the light. Breathing, which never required a single thought, starts needing little pauses.
But none of that is the hardest part.
The hardest part is the quiet.
At a certain age, you reach for the phone and remember there is no one left to call.
The people who knew you when you were young - who remembered the same summers, the same streets, the same faces
- are gone. One by one, then all at once, until the memories you carry have no one left to share them with.
So you tell the stories anyway.
To whoever will listen. With a little more color than perhaps the truth deserves. With a touch of pride you've earned and a grief you don't always name. You know the person across from you wasn't there. You know they can't quite feel it the way you do.
But you tell them. Because the telling is the holding on.
Those stories are not just memories. They are the proof that a life was lived. That people were loved. That things mattered.
And if no one asks for them - you offer them anyway, quietly, like setting something down on a table and hoping someone picks it up.
Old age is not simply what happens to a face or a body.
It is memory looking for a place to rest.
And what an older person needs - more than advice, more than solutions, more than someone telling them how to feel - is simply someone willing to sit down, be still, and listen.
Not to fix anything.
Just to be there.
That is the whole gift. And it costs nothing.

My Momโs Strategy to Avoid Knee & Hip Replacements
I started coaching her at age 64 and she is now 72. She does this as part of a well-rounded routine of short and simple workouts, and I post all the exercises on my page, with step-by-step progressions.
Weak and stiff quads/knees and glutes/hips are the major strength and flexibility factors for knee and hip replacement.
Pretty awesome that everyone can access possibly the single most smooth and effective exercise to help handle all those points!
The mistake of โno knees over toesโ prevented some of the best solutions from becoming common knowledge. Knee over toes = more pressure on knee, but long-term research now shows the truth: ABILITY with knee over toes = greater protection and longevity. This progression helps put you in control of these factors, at your level, without pain.
I teach everything I know for free here, and for further help with my ATG Basics program ($19 to $99 a month): https://t.co/hTLLgOMSrh
Spend around 10โ30 minutes a day visualizing a version of yourself that you are deliberately trying to build. Do it when your mind is already calm, especially in the evening or just before sleep, because the mind accepts imagery more easily when it is not being pulled in different directions.
The basic idea is simple. The brain treats repeated internal experience as something important. When a certain kind of situation is lived again and again in imagination, with enough detail and emotional weight, it starts to lose its โimaginedโ quality and becomes something your mind recognizes as familiar territory.
And what becomes familiar stops feeling impossible.
Old patterns weaken in this process not because you fight them directly, but because you stop feeding them the same mental rehearsal. At the same time, new patterns begin to stabilize because they are being repeatedly experienced internally before they ever exist externally.
Start by settling your body. Slow breathing. Less tension in the face, shoulders, stomach. You are not trying to force anything, you are just lowering internal noise.
Then choose one specific scene. Not an abstract goal. A moment. Something you can step into mentally.
If it is health, do not think โI want to be healthy,โ instead see yourself moving through a normal day with physical ease, walking without effort, breathing clearly, feeling your body light and responsive.
If it is confidence or success, see yourself in a real situation where you would normally hesitate, but now you speak without that hesitation, you are steady, direct, and things unfold without internal resistance.
If it is discipline, see yourself already inside the routine, doing the work without negotiation, as if it is simply what you do.
Always stay in first person. Through your own eyes.
What is directly in front of you. What is under your feet. The texture of the environment. The light in the space. The small details your attention would normally skip.
Then sound. The way voices actually enter the space. The rhythm of your breathing. Any background noise that belongs to that environment.
Then physical sensation. The weight of your body. Temperature on the skin. The sense of movement. The way you occupy space when you are not resisting yourself.
Emotionally, you are not trying to force excitement. You are allowing a quieter set of states to appear. Relief that things are simple. A sense of โthis is already how I operate.โ A quiet internal stability that does not need justification.
You are not building a fantasy. You are rehearsing familiarity.
At the end, stop adding detail and just remain in the general felt sense of it for a short moment, as if your mind has already accepted it as normal.
Let that feeling continue lightly as you move into the rest of your day.
Repeat it often enough that the scene stops feeling like something you are trying to reach, and starts feeling like something your mind already knows how to do.
@MatrixMasters33 I appreciate this post so much, it has helped me better understand my North and South nodes and boy are they spot on, stepping out of my comfort zone and taking chances is where my focus now lies
@NiallHarbison Aww sweet Marilyn you are in my prays, she may have ran from others but I have a feeling the dogs on the island have heard of @NiallHarbison and the Happy Doggo Team and know these people are their personal angels, Marilyn will be glowing in no time ๐
@brendanmjones These false reports have to be illegal, this is harassment and stalking, you're a strong and good man for not blasting their names even when you know they would never protect your name, how disgusting and low these people are get a life and stop obsessing on your neighbors
This insane bullying needs to stop and really sounds like the calls they are making are illegal as these are false claims, these people are stalking this family and they are the ones that should be charged with constant harassment and false reports. This has to stop!!
Holy crap. I just had a conversation with an animal control officer who was sent to our house because someone claimed that our dogs had no shelter from the June sun.
He took one look at the ample shelter they have in all three of our paddocks and laughed.
He and I had a pleasant conversation for several minutes, discussing goats, geese, and miniature donkeys. We shook hands and he drove off.
It was hard for me to contain the anger that was bubbling up inside of me - not at the officer, but at the person who called in yet another complaint about me to law enforcement.
To the individual who thinks it is okay to continue harassing us this way, who thinks that law enforcement is nothing more than your cudgel to bludgeon us just because we choose to live our lives on our own property differently than you think we should - you Stasi in your would-be country club - know this: your days of bullying me and my family are over.
I know you are reading these posts of mine. So let me break something down for you. You are not yet famous. Why? Because I have been protecting you. I have extended you a grace that you would never extend me.
Even now - even after your latest failed attempt to bully me and my family - I will continue to protect you. I will continue to show grace to you. But my patience is wearing very thin.
Remember that next time you pick up the phone to call the police over something laughable and picayune.
And you know what? My dog's coming home. Nothing you can do about it. Deal with it.

EVERYTHIG IS EVERY THING
In the grand tapestry of existence, there is no separation.
The breath you take is the same wind that once kissed the stars. The light in your eyes is the echo of the first dawn. Every thought, every heartbeat, every silent prayer ripples through the infinite web that binds all souls, all worlds, all dimensions.
You are not merely in the Universe.
You are the Universe experiencing itself.
The mountain and the river, the sage and the fool, the joy and the sorrow โ all are expressions of the One Eternal Consciousness dancing in infinite forms.
When you look deeply, the illusion of โotherโ dissolves. Every being you meet is a mirror. Every challenge is a sacred teaching. Every moment is holy.
Everything is Everything.
There is nothing to chase. Nothing to fear. Only the profound remembering:
You have always been whole.
You have always been home.
Breathe. Smile. Awaken.
The Cosmos is not outside you โ it sings as you.
