No matter if it’s a 1RM, 2RM, 3RM or an AMRAP set, if you can do something you’ve never done never pass on it.

i’ll double down and say you should look to find a PR literally every session

We used them throughout the entire baseball season starting with plate load. Then dropping total plate load and trading that for chains and bands⛓️
We were still able to hit full ROM late in season while only maximally loading the top part of the movement 🔑

ER Isos are a staple for the baseball program. In season guys will start to gain external rotation in their throwing arm as the volume from the season progresses. Near end range isos of motion to help build capacity and function at growing end range of motion 💪🧊
