20 years ago while many of you influencers were still in diapers, I was playing with all this "neuro"stuff with a crappy old computer camera. It was all great fun but doesn't make you as bulletproof as many young coaches claim today. At 49 stuff hurts and training needs have changed.

Still haven't seen many 180 lunges...
Consistency > Intensity?
Intuitive:
Slow cook athleticism, get fit with good habits, never get injured, develop a big aerobic engine to build capacity. Outwork your opponents. It takes 10,000 hours to become elite at something. Play the long game. #Grind
Counterintuitive:
CONSISTENT INTENSITY punctuated by recovery, fueled with nutrition, fertilized by sleep, microdosed, staying 80% in shape but 100% healthy. (And remember FAST=HEALTHY.)
🚫 Grind.
The disciplined pursuit of less.
⬇️
Ignoring intensity ignores performance demands.
Moderate exercise never leads to extreme results.

Imagine you finally get all the power, control and wealth you dream of.
You then buy all the stuff that you salivate over. Toys, homes, experiences. All of it.
Okay.
Tough Question: Now what?
Seriously.
After the party gets old:
Now what?
A lot of you have probably seen this video by now, but I wanted to share it here for anyone who hasn’t — and to say a huge thank you to @MattRife.
He’s honestly one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met and has been nothing but kind to me, both during and after the show in Anaheim. Most people out there — celebrity or not — don’t usually give wheelchair users the time of day. They avoid us, look away, or pretend we’re not even there.
But if you’ve followed Matt for a while, you know he’s different. He doesn’t shy away… he includes us. He takes his time with the disabled community and roasts us just like anyone else, and we absolutely love it. Some people might think that’s mean or taboo, but for us, it’s the opposite. It makes us feel seen, normal, and human again.
So with this post getting some attention, I want to use it to say this: stop being afraid to interact with us — the “lazy people sitting on our ass all day” 😂. If you see someone in a wheelchair, go out of your way to say hi. And if that’s not your vibe, at least give a smile. It’s quick, it’s free, and it might make someone’s whole day.
And if Matt Rife ever comes to your city.. go see him. He’s not only one of the funniest dudes out there, but also one of the most down to earth and genuine people I’ve met.
Much love to Matt and to all of you for the support.
Peace, love, and blondes with tattoos ✌🏻

Hasn’t felt so good to be an Arsenal fan since the Invincibles in 2004.
I can see fear in the eyes of all
my mates who support other teams - raw unadulterated fear that big trophies are finally heading back to the Emirates.
This is the best squad since then.

Houston strength coach Kurt Hester was diagnosed with Stage IV melanoma. Six months later, he may have lost his hair, but not his indomitable spirit.

A big day celebrating the power of partnership and the impact it can have on students and communities!
Thank you to all partners, including the Caitlin Clark Foundation and @DMschools, for making it possible.
