I love plays that intentionally attack the weak side help tendencies. This diamond alignment could set up a ball side back door play, or a weak side 2-player action as in this example.

As an 0-13 head coach, I don't have a lot of coaches knocking down my door for me to help them, but I think there is a ton to learn from being in a struggling program and I know I have. I've been reflecting a lot and wanted to share some things that have become more clear to me.
Spoke to a NBA scout today. His job right now is to scout late 1st to mid 2nd Rd prospects.
Asked what he was working on, he said a 15min edit of players walking back to the bench & bad body language.
I asked if that was really necessary. There was a long pause... “100% Yes”.
