@cards_football@ScottCoSports Your energy is contagious! It is so evident that you love what you do! One of my biggest mentors for sure…Coach McKee at Scott County!!! Always rooting for you my man 💪💪💪
@CoachMac8740@domehats 3-5 D….Check “Gold”. Basically 1/4, 1/4, 1/2. FS cheats towards trips and plays inside 1/4, CB has outside 1/4. CB to single has deep 1/2. OLB to single can stay 4x4 and play force/flat. He could also press the single and play force/flat (great if single WR is a stud)
@nate_albaugh Get a calendar in their hands ASAP. Reward the kids that are there and make it fun! If a kid is out of town, encourage them to go to Planet Fitness (FREE for HS kids in summer) or gym at hotel. Send vids to show they worked out.

@TrapLifeFB Can you change formations to make the play go? Maybe their CB is stopping your bucksweep and you run end over to pull him out of the box and it now works.
@TrapLifeFB Know WHEN to abandon the play and WHY. If a team is just taking away bucksweep no matter what…”Don’t attack walled cities” -Lew Johnston. If a team is running a bear front probably not a great idea to run FB trap that night.
@TrapLifeFB You can also play with the split of your SE too. Depending on what you’re trying to do of course. Could line him up in a “Nasty” split 5 yds outside of tackle. Gives fits to 8 man front teams bc force man (OLB) knows he can get cracked. SE must use hands or “Airplane” block
@TrapLifeFB Another idea is being able to place your split end on the same side as the TE/Wing (End over) presents problems to the D. If their CB was a force player vs the nub TE/Wing, what will they do vs End Over bc CB is removed from the box? Simple adjustment for us but tough for D
@TrapLifeFB The most obvious one to me is teams will try to stack the box to stop the run. A GREAT split end changes everything IF you have one bc they can’t double team him and pack the box. Being able to throw fades vs a pressed CB and hitches vs an off CB is huge if you can do it!
@AllenMeans Minimize the number of plays/concepts. Always easier to install a new formation, motion or shift. Window dressing to make the offense appear complex to your opponent but simple for your team. Key is execution!
