How much do you love the game?
Before you answer, write down everything you do on a daily basis outside of the practice environment to get better.
If your list is short, you like the game, you don't love it.
"It takes zero talent to have some want to - to understand that there is a standard that has been set.
And even if you don't 'feel' like living up to that standard...you say I don't care about what I feel.
I am going to choose to live to the standard.
That takes zero talent."

@Frank_Durand_ I’ve sent a down-the-line player to a private instructor (that I trust) during practice at times because I knew he was getting more reps there than he would at a practice with a full squad. I’m all for it.
"We're so afraid for our kids to be exposed to hard things.
Hard is good.
The earlier you can learn to deal with hard- the easier it gets.
Because hard is coming.
Whether we want to shield our kids from it or not, hard is coming- high school, college, first job- hard is coming."
