@kelsea_MUN#HKR1000 I like the point that you make! Well track can help you see how your mood can change when faced with something as serious as a global pandemic! Especially when your health and the health of the people you love are always at risk!
#HKR1000 I believe that we’ll track has shown me my stress patterns in good detail. I usually stress in periods where work and school can be heavy. I have learned some way to manage this stress more effectively thanks to well track!
@RusmiaSattar#HKR1000 I totally agree, I’ve been used to playing sports since I was a kid, but as an adult so many obstacles pop up and may “prevent” you from being active. However, walking even once a day can show some great benefits!
#HKR1000 the article that I’ve chosen is one that discusses the importance of stretching, especially during the pandemic. We’ve been forced to work and do school from home due to covid but we don’t realize how our bodies react to the lack of movement. Stretching is so important!
@DonovanJarvis6 Yes, I agree that having good interpersonal wellness is very important especially during a pandemic. Social connections can be very helpful for everyone’s mental health and wellness.
@PilgrimLesley I like the point you bring up about how 29% of the class attend regular medical/dental checkups. For some people it may just not be accessible, especially during the covid-19 pandemic. Where medical/dental offices were mainly active over the phone/online, this could be a barrier
From the results in the #HKR1000 Lab, it is conclusive that our class has a high intellectual wellness. This is apparent because the score in that category was the highest! I also found it interesting that all but 1 person in our class considers themselves friendly.
