@Grimbaldus25@BearcatMTA Do you think defense companies don’t advertise at all? Many sponsor random football events, and Raytheon is one of Tucsons biggest employers, it makes sense
@BoaterBilly@TheNCSmaster GTA V ran on half a gigabyte of ram when it came out. Hardware isn’t the issue, they know people will buy it twice, once on console, and once on pc after a year.
@AdamWilday@AConservativism@RossDellenger No, he didn’t win. He got a temporary injunction from a biased judge, that would let him play until the trial in Feb. The judge is side stepping the entire process, that’s why people are mad. Tech became a party to the suit by telling the big12 they’d play him.
@AdamWilday@AConservativism@RossDellenger You can’t just claim TT isn’t a party to the suit haha they obviously are. The lawsuit is over being able to follow the conference bylaws for sanctions, which TT signed along with every other big12 institution.
@AdamWilday@RossDellenger It doesn’t matter, the sanctions are going to be based on if he plays or not. Regardless of the injunction, he broke NCAA rules, and the big 12 can sanction them if he plays.
@elder4heisman It’s not Tech’s fault, but being willing to play someone who broke the rules repeatedly, puts some of the blame on them. They could come out tomorrow and say they aren’t playing him and this whole thing would be over.
@Otto342@explosivo412@gregaz@slmandel Enlighten me then, what could possibly be the “probably, imminent, and irreparable injury” that the judge cited to issue the injunction?
