@HPIndia Please review my warranty case (5161758272). My display developed a white spot while under warranty. My claim was denied based on photos without a physical inspection. I respectfully request a physical inspection before a final decision.

I repeatedly requested that HP arrange a physical inspection at an authorized service center before making a final warranty decision. However, I continued to receive the same response that the issue was considered to be caused by external pressure and was therefore not covered

Initially, I was told that the conclusion was based on findings from an authorized service center. Later, HP clarified that no physical inspection had actually taken place and that the assessment was made only from the photographs I had submitted.

I was informed that the white spot was caused by "external pressure" and therefore was not covered under warranty. I asked how this conclusion had been reached because no HP technician had physically inspected my laptop.

My HP laptop developed a white spot on the display while it was still under warranty. I contacted HP Support and shared clear photos of the issue, expecting that the laptop would be inspected and the problem diagnosed properly.
