A really important and successful @AmbulanceNAS programme. Our Community First Responders have been an enormous assistance to patients for many years - thank you.
It was like Christmas morning here today when this arrived!
All the hours of hard work seem to be paying off
Our responders are halfway through their training and people are generously donating to help us purchase the equipment required
Proud to be part of such a wonderful team
If, like me, you are involved in sport and you have been transfixed by the Christian Eriksen story, here are two questions
1. Does your club grounds have an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
2. If yes, has it been checked recently (battery OK, pads in date)?
Bystander #CPR and early defibrillation really works.
This week firefighter/paramedics from Phibsborough fire station working with @AmbulanceDublin attended a successful #ROSC where the bystander made the difference.

Thanks to all students, faculty and staff! @NasDirector
Really looking forward to celebrating the achievements of our Paramedical Science students later today. Incredible resilience by this group to cross the finish line given all the challenges of COVID19. @profcusack @drconordeasy @NasDirector @NASCork@AmbulanceNAS
