I still stand by assessment that the app could be much more user friendly when trying to make changes while on the go. I can’t simply call customer service at 35,000 feet.

@avis may have the absolute worst app for managing travel issues. Airline delays require making changes to car reservation. Why does the app not easily support traveler delays/flight changes/etc? Good luck with phone support.
