@TfL been stuck in Acton Central for EVER due to a signal failure at willesden Junction... It happens ALL THE TIME. When are you going to sort out our signal failure issues? It's an appalling service, especially considering the fares you charge. Beyond upset

@TfL so the 266 is on diversion, but the affected bus stops aren't displaying ANY info about this. How am I supposed to know this? After a kind passerby told me I walked to a different stop, but there was no info either. Drivers have no info either. This is a hot mess!!

@TfL what is wrong with the Bakerloo Line? I swear only 0.05% of the trains make it past Queen's Park!! It's really frustrating, you might as well erase the rest of the line from the tube map. Appalling service... Been stuck at Queen's Park for 20 min now

@GWRHelp just got on the 10:28 service to Bath Spa. Had booked seats in advance because I was travelling with my 70-old parents... But you decided to sell tickets over your capacity so we had to stand up for most of the journey... This is an appalling service... #nationalrail

@SW_Help what is going on?? Been waiting at the Kew Bridge platform for 30 min, my usual train to Waterloo got cancelled and next one keeps getting delayed!! #railway And yet train fares keep going up... This is ridiculous, appalling service.

@SW_Help i was supposed to take my 9:37 service to Kew Bridge from Waterloo. It was 20 min delayed and now I've been asked to get off at Clapham junction and get another service. This is not serious! This is a joke, you're taking customers for granted!! #trains #nationalrailway

@easyJet my EZY8072 14:15 flight to LGW today is massively delayed... We won't depart until at least 17:15, which is 3h late!! Unacceptable, this is not ok...

@Se_Railway I take the service to Waterloo from Lewisham every morning... I can't remember the last time there hasn't been any delay... today the 8:00 service has been also cancelled... Why?? The fares you charge do NOT match the quality of the service #southeastern #trains

@SouthernRailUK @nationalrailenq honest question: why are UK trains in general always late, completely unreliable and yet so expensive? There isn't a single time that I land at @Gatwick_Airport and I get a smooth journey home

@Gatwick_Airport for one of the largest airports in Europe, you have a terribly poor night train coverage... Hardly any options to reach London if your flight arrives between 23:00 and 7:00... Quite embarrassing actually

@SouthernRailUK @TLRailUK @Gatwick_Airport you keep saying that there are 24/7 trains to/from the airport but the night service is A JOKE compared to other European cities. Landing at 23:30 means you don't get home until 2am which is ludicrous #gatwickairport
