#Culture is an organization's shadow. Which is why culture cannot & needs not be worked or changed! Let's focus on #WorkingTheSystem, so that behaviors can reconfigure: These pattern changes will then affect culture. Culture observation can help us identify how to #WorkTheSystem.
Why not bring meaningful collaboration to EVERYONE in an organization (regardless of its size)? Why not move beyond changing "pockets" of a company? Why do most approaches to change not scale?
