@GreyAlien 2008: Went indie making Flash games.

2014: In the middle of running a browser based MMO and working on a second F2P game for Steam that ultimately failed.

2024: Scaled down a few years ago. Still going, have released a game on PC/Console - working on two more.

@Tasselfoot @KupoGames All that and the homogenous nature of AAA too as we hit peak production costs. Risk is too high all round. Hard to break out of that cycle when expectations are constantly being set as “bigger” and “better”, so you need a safe base to work from.
