@lufthansa Yes, like I said, we were in dialogue until the 3rd of May and they have subsequently ghosted us. Unsurprisingly, as soon as your colleagues agreed to refund us they have stopped responding. If you are in touch with the team please get a response so we can be repaid and move on.

@thomasforth Yep. I’m from Edinburgh so often try ECR from Kings X to EHW. 9/10 it’s a complete disaster. It should be a seen as a national disgrace that train lines and roads are so bad yet we continue to believe it’s a bit of a running joke. Sadly to the rest of the world, we’re the joke.

@thomasforth Love your stuff Tom. There’s also a huge attitude issue - a collective resignation to Britain drifting into irrelevance. I often travel from Singapore to London, and once past Heathrow, it’s like stepping back in time.
