@Daniell70469531#HKR1000 Organization plays a big role in managing stress, especially when the stress levels start to rise and the number of required tasks increases. I am like yourself, I find keeping organized is a great stress reducer.https://t.co/TD8HUjBaZp
I believe that physical fitness is paramount in maintaining your wellness, especially during stressful times. While physical fitness amongst other strategies helps with stress, it's important to keep an eye on yourself and others when stress levels increase. #HKR1000
#HKR1000 Utilizing the WellTrack showed me that I had primarily positive wellness checks. I think working full time has given me a good schedule to work my school and physical activity around. With scheduling in place, I valued my time off more.
@HannaJoicePB This article shows some of the challenges faced by Canadians during the COVID-19 pandemic. Proper nutrition gives us many health benefits which can help during times of stress.
#HKR1000 This article highlights the importance of obtaining adequate sleep during the past year. Sleep has numerous benefits for health and wellness.https://t.co/I5tDoDNdH3
@kanika1_mathur@PilgrimLesley I agree time/scheduling can create difficulties in following through with appointments for students. Health-related attitudes contribute to people avoiding healthcare, more preventative/proactive measures should be in place, e.g., cardiac screening #HKR1000
@JoshBut72859653 I agree, I think at-home exercise routines became much more vital to people's physical fitness during the recent year. I utilized at-home workouts as well as purchasing exercise equipment for my home.#HKR1000
From our lab results, it is concerning to note that 61.64% of participants answered "yes" to feeling as if they need more sleep. Sufficient sleep plays a vital role in physical and emotional functioning.#HKR1000
@Jp0047 Giving Canadian artists the opportunity to find success in their own country is a big part. Much of the major and new music is coming from America and this is what is usually played on radio stations. #MUNMUS2011
@cearakeough I also believe we probably don't support the local artist's as much as we should, let alone Canadian. We can be inundated with American music at times, unless you seek out Canadian/local music. #MUNMUS2011
I believe it is necessary to enforce Canadian Content. With a smaller pool of major artists we should give Canadian musicians more air time. It isn't just "Major" artists either, it would also help up and coming bands to get the exposure. #MUNMUS2011
@DkoreillyMusic I think this is right on, maybe for this point in time, tlforbthr Beatles in oarticular, the music at this time was completely different and energetic and the crowd was a part of it. Some styles of music are more suited for a recorded version.#MUNMUS2011
@kait_saunders_ I'm with you on this, I sometimes prefer the cover far more than the original. It can take take on the style of a different band and create an interesting sound when the song is performed.#MUNMUS2011
I believe Wald is a good source of information, I don't entirely agree with the assessment made. I believe that live music is still more powerful compared to recordings, even "cover bands", for me personally anyways. #munmus2011
@EmmaGil23299365 I agree that it could be seen as theft in the way, with no credit given to the original artists is a morally poor decision but, it must have been difficult to attempt to fight that system at this time. #MUNMUS2011
@EmmaJean157 This is true, I feel like it is also difficult for us to understand the impact the music had at that time for the listeners, I don't think that is something we can grasp. #MUNMUS2011
@KaylaWoodman2 I agree with you Kayla, it is a subjective interpretation for everybody on what the music is to them and how it impacts them. #MUNMUS2011
I believe it was termed "schlock"rock due to the music being taking and changed for the purpose of maximizing profitability from it's original form while also adapting it for a different target audience. #MUNMUS2011
@BlairHennessey I agree with you Blair, music must have been such a large and emotional aspect of his life. The disability he had was a part of the emotion and passion in his music. #MUNMUS2011
@meganpi26186194@Taylor82653790 The excitement from the breaking voice is something I noticed as well in some of his music. Created a intensity and excitement in some parts of the songs. #MUNMUS2011
