@bbhlegal Hi BBH we are trying to get hold of you to find out the progress on a new house purchase. We can't get hold of anyone and nobody is returning our emails. The Vendors solicitors and the estate agent also can't get through? Any help would be appreciated

@UtilitaEnergy why is your customer service so bad, placed on hold for over 20 min by an operator to resolve an issue after you supplied the wrong information and then phone goes dead. Nobody seems to be very helpful at all. Can you call me as I'm fed up of being placed on hold!

@AdmiralUK I still haven't had a response from you after your agent informed me on the 19th that they'd be in touch. I wouldn't mind getting the issue sorted, but I haven't got time to sit on hold for an hour for the 3rd time to be told someone will 'apparently' call me back.

@SkyHelpTeam Like I said I've been through all that and what its says my speed is on https://t.co/HGkwa53yoy is nowhere near the speed it is getting when tested on my devices. Hence the reason for wanting to speak to somebody who may be able to help!
