Unsurprisingly, media “fact checkers” are now running interference for Fauci, claiming he didn’t mean to say what he said about masks while blatantly lying about the Cochrane review’s conclusions
The desperation to avoid just admitting masks don’t work is astounding
@YoumotherFUDer Yep… the talented no longer need “drop to their knees” before the proverbial Harvey Weinstein gatekeepers any longer.
Elon is a facilitator for the cream rising to the top.
Things are as they are.
Looking out into the universe at night, we make no comparisons between right and wrong stars, nor between well and badly arranged constellations.
The intention behind a decision or an action dictates the direction that decision or action goes. And therefore, intention plays a major role regarding how something will ultimately turn out.
@ColinTCrypto@danstillerdan@elonmusk The Musk hate reveals so much about the haters and so little about Musk.
All he did was start an EV company with sky-high customer satisfaction & one of its models a top 10 global seller, expected to reach top 5 in another 12 months, on zero (0) advertising. What a loser! 🤡
@PeterZeihan@Matt_McKibbin No… gist of what he said is correct: it’s the essence of fractional reserve banking. Ya, the gov’t makes depositors “whole” up to $250k but that’s only b/c the Fed Reserve stands ready to conjure USD out of thin air if need be.
Having some BTC on a hardware wallet is smart.
@ColinTCrypto@drsimonegold Isn’t it adorable that there are STILL leftists who claim with straight faces that they are independently minded, anti-establishment, and humanitarian?
They must be used to hanging with a seriously dumb crowd
@mdodd72 @RuneOdinsson @ksorbs Lol except those of us who can remember past about 5 minutes ago know we were lied to about that, and furthermore knew (correctly) that our odds of dying were infinitesimally low in any case.
So why lie? And why carry water for the liars?
@kevinnbass It can be a blessing. Imo important not to see it as virtue. Loose analogy: “traditional” organized Christianity elevated guilt to a quasi-virtue. Guilt has some utility in certain situations in the same sense that the pain your nerves deliver when you touch a hot stove does.
@ColinTCrypto@BigCheds I’m not a big fan of his communication skills or general “vibe.”
To be fair though… I think he’s just trying to get people off 0 allocation at a price a decent ways off from a macro top
@MHSJohnWright@kevinnbass I don’t much enjoy alcohol but I prioritize a life mostly full of the experiences I enjoy even if it means a shorter life. I just can’t get on board the “maximize presumed benefit to physical health at every fork in the road” wagon.
Mood and soul health matters more to me.
@GeraldKehl@prisonmitch@EndWokeness When your brain has been damaged by trauma but society is too self-flattering for you to realize you need help, you just project your shame onto others who have nothing to do with it and grunt container words like “white supremacy” through your mouth hole to get attention
@phyzul@chutneylife In our “grit your teeth and act virtuous so you’ll hopefully be the right sort of person” culture of soft masochism most ppl are afraid to believe this because they think it means you’re selfish.
Hurting yourself hurts others and loving yourself helps others. We’re connected.
