@VMO2News@O2@virginmedia How did you mess up the cancellation of a watch contract (where device plan was requested to stay intact after a price increase)? You kept the phone plan without issue, but not watch!? You are bullying a disabled person, access/complaints doing nothing.
@O2 you are currently harassing a disabled person to pay their full device plan because you failed to follow your own instructions when she asked for the device plan to stay live on leaving after the airtime increase. Is this the kind of company you and @virginmedia are?
@keighleybus Do you know what's happening to the X98/X98? Waiting over an hour at the city square terminus stop in Leeds. Quite a queue building waiting to get to Wetherby.
@LNER Do I need to wait until the 8pm Leeds to Harrogate, or do you have ticket acceptance in place for the cancelled 1800? Next Northern train is 1859 now.
@HSBC_UK I just received an unsolicited email from your Leeds branch offering an 'account review'. In today's world of phishing scams this may not be the best approach. The email appears genuine, from a HSBC domain.
Also if I want an account review I'll ask for it.
@virginmedia How do I get my account marked to not receive sales calls from you? The options seem to be all or nothing. I don't mind emails but daily calls trying to change my contract when I recently already did it is getting really annoying.
@nationalrailenq So no historic information about changes in schedule/status? LNER app I bought tickets through said it was cancelled, then running, Northern say they don't know why it said that. And all I know is I'm out of pocket getting home & either @lner or @northernassist are responsible.
@nationalrailenq Please can you confirm that the 2144 from Harrogate to Horsforth was showing as cancelled on systems before this issue was resolved? It was reinstated later, but after I had already made alternative plans to get home. I feel that Northern should at least refund the journey.
@northernassist Much like my journey to Harrogate, also on a Northern train, this journey was showing as cancelled. It seems unlikely that @LNER randomly decided to 'cancel' and then uncancel one of your trains on their app. Probably @northernassist's error logging problem with their own train?
I'm sorry, in the scenario that @northernassist cancel and then at the last minute uncancel a train what can I claim as I made complete alternative plans to get home?
@northernassist I bought my ticket via the LNER app for the 2144 from Harrogate to Horsforth, that was displaying as cancelled up until about twenty minutes before the journey, at which point it was impossible for me to get to. Why was a train cancelled and then uncancelled?
I could not physically have gotten to Harrogate from Wetherby at the point they uncancelled the 2144. Now I'm stuck going through Leeds which I was actively trying to avoid on a bus full of drunken Halloween party attendees.
