So I've been learning some post-process magic in UE4, this is the kinda stuff I had by the end of yesterday's experimentation. Thanks to @PrismaticaDev for the awesome cel shading tutorial for #UnrealEngine. The great 3D assets are @SyntyStudios stuff.
