They are smart enough to know concrete is cheap but aircraft (which were mostly airborne) are expensive.

@Osinttechnical Would love to see a breakdown. I see a few things going on: 1) Ballistic missiles headed outbound, many of which seem to get engaged close to the ground 2) the occasional much faster missile streaking by 3) some explosions in the foreground - breakup? Intercept? Dropped stages?
