@viajaVolaris customer service sucks and they abuse their customers. I was talking to a customer service worker who transferred me to a Spanish speaking only manager. It was intentional to try and dodge having to help me.

This credit is pointless because I will not fly on volaris between now and then. They are not paying for any alternative damages from booking alternative travel.
