Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent,
My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov.
The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison.
I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return.
I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something.
Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act.
Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged.
Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working.
A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats.
This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried.
There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go.
Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him.
I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them.
This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one.
Three things would change the math overnight.
Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined.
End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one.
And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them.
Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine.
I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it.
Respectfully,
Everett A. Stern

This is a 35x off of current levels but a near 100x when you consider inval can now be considered the key level at .20 where our first LTF impulse originated instead of $0.
Prior to that LTF impulse being printed we had no confirmation of a bottom being in- and so the only "safe" SL was at $0.
That changed with the move off of .20 and with that change came a near 100x R/R opportunity. ethereum:0xd533a949740bb3306d119cc777fa900ba034cd52
When ethereum:0xd533a949740bb3306d119cc777fa900ba034cd52 goes ballistic in the coming weeks, people will point to this as the reason.
Of course stablecoin growth and adoption has been on a massive rise, and this is of course bullish for ethereum:0xd533a949740bb3306d119cc777fa900ba034cd52, but the move we are going to see has been in the making for months/years, ethereum:0xd533a949740bb3306d119cc777fa900ba034cd52 did not suddenly become bullish overnight because of the below event.
With that said, BRING ON THE STABLE COINS 🔥
Fuck, man. Mining $QUBIC changed crypto mining forever. No one has a clue how big this is. 🔥
We are living through the 2009–2012 period again, when #BTC was the first P2P ecosystem. After that came #ETH with the first Smart Contracts. Now #QUBIC is introducing the first Useful Proof of Work (UPoW) tick chain.
The new algorithm, called 𝐀𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐲, is something completely different. When miners solve real-world problems through Useful Proof of Work, they don’t all solve the same puzzle.
For example, if one miner finds the solution to 1+1=2, the other miners won’t waste their time solving the same puzzle. The miner who found the solution shares it with everyone, and then everyone moves on to the next task.

Qubic's second halving is live. Epoch 227.
Weekly emission holds at 1 trillion $QUBIC.
Burn rate rises from 55% (~550B) to as much as 77.5% (~775B).
Effective new supply drops from ~450B to ~225B per week.
Roughly half. 🧵
Congratulations to the big banks. Congratulations to Elizabeth Warren @ewarren. And congratulations to Senate Republicans for controlling the Senate and somehow still letting everyone go home without a CLARITY vote.
The banks wanted stablecoin competition slowed down. They got their delay.
Democrats were so worried about Trump and his family benefiting from new crypto rules that they helped stop the new crypto rules… which means Trump and his family can keep benefiting under the rules we already have. Make that makes sense? 🤷♂️
And Republicans… If you’re the pro-crypto party and control the Senate, make everyone vote. Put their names on it.
Instead, everyone in Washington got something. Banks got their delay. Democrats get to keep fighting Trump. Republicans get to keep calling themselves pro-crypto.
Everyone got something except the country.
Meanwhile stablecoins keep growing. Tokenization keeps happening. Finance keeps moving on-chain.
Congress still thinks it’s deciding whether crypto gets to happen. It’s not. It’s deciding whether America is where it happens.
🚨⚪️⚫️ Juventus hijack AS Roma new deal talks and agree to sign Zeki Celik, here we go! 🇹🇷
Agreement in principle with Turkish right back to join Juventus on a free transfer despite verbal pact with AS Roma.
Celik was in Turin today, deal in place - as @romeoagresti reports.
Ngl it’s exhausting hearing athletes break down how their millions “aren’t really millions” after taxes and fees. 40M after taxes is still 40M.
The real issue isn’t the system, it’s lifestyle creep. Nobody told you to live like a king, buy 5 cars, or move with a 10‑person entourage. Modest is allowed.
It was the middle of the night, at about 1.30am, when Norway lost to England.
Yet thousands of Norwegians went to the Palace in Oslo and celebrated with one final Viking row.
They did not riot. They did not burn cars. They did not smash bus stops or glass windows of shops.
They smiled. The laughed. They saw the positive in their performance. They celebrated their heritage. They were proud of who they have been in the past and who they are today.
Norway might be out of the World Cup 2026 but they are in our hearts.
In the last three weeks, I think we have all fallen a little bit in love with Norwegians.
Happy to share that our bio-inspired #Neuraxon 2.0 by @VivancosDavid & @josesanchezhb with @_Qubic_ #OpenScience #aigarth @c_@c___f___b is showing promissing results in the most challenging #AI #AGI #benchmark #ARCAGI 3 by @fchollet@mikeknoop and team @arcprize
First Entry we get 0.13%
Most Frontier AI's rank 0% or close to it, even @grok 4.2 beta by @elonmusk@xai ranked 0.1% lower than our first entry.
Btw:
1.- We use no LLMs or VLMs or alike, just Neuraxon Architecture so no call's to expensive APIs
2.- and 0% GPUs in this case raw plain CPUs
Long road ahead to rise the rankings but stay tuned for the updates & follow the progress here:

🗣️ Fabio Capello: "I'm sorry to come straight out with it, but l've won 11 league titles, not nine. And l'd add that I won them fair and square.
"There are players like Trezeguet with whom I had a wonderful relationship. Many of the players from that Juventus side with whom I won two league titles, which were later unjustly stripped from us. It was a strong group with a world-class mentality; it's no coincidence that the Italy World Cup-winning team in 2006 included 7 or 8 Juventus players."

$QUBIC 77.5% of weekly emissions redirected to the SupplyWatcher burn.
400 YES vs 173 NO out of 676 Computors.
The vote is still open. Final hours.
If this passes, starting Epoch 227 the burn machine goes into overdrive.
200T hard cap. Shrinking supply. Growing demand.
Let that sink in.

Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul says $200 million isn't as much money as athletes think
"I got guys, 22, making $200 million over the next four or five years. I'm constantly telling them that's not a lot of money based upon where you're starting, because you're starting from zero"
"How do we understand how to compound that. Everyone's not going to play into their 40s. They're done when they're 33. They're paying a 51–55% tax"
"Not to mention jeans today, the ones they want that they're buying in excess, which they probably don't really need, cost $2,000"
"No athlete can afford to fly private all the time, yet we see so many athletes on Instagram flying private"
"I fly Delta. I cannot afford to fly private, and that's okay with me. I'm just trying to get where I'm trying to go to make the money. I'm not trying to spend the money"
"The times I do fly private, you will never see it on Instagram because it's not for show"
One thing I've learned in sports, business, and media: when people can't attack the argument, they attack the messenger.
I showed three clips. The conversation became about my résumé. That's usually a sign we're no longer discussing the actual point.
