My time has come to an end working on Hyperlane, and now I am opening myself up to new opportunities. If any team is looking for a Technical Recruiter, my door is open! My specialty is crypto and AI but open to exploring new spaces. Not interested in agency recruiting (sorry!).
I think a common mistake in crypto is hiring people because they’re good at Twitter.
Tweets can help you spot interesting people but they don’t tell you much about how someone works — unless their job is tweeting.
Cool online doesn’t always mean competent offline.
Instead of starting with “I want A+ talent on my team” …
Start with “Here’s why A+ talent would (and would not) want to join us.”
And be really, really honest with yourself.

Ethereum unification is near with the Open Intents Framework (OIF).
Led by Hyperlane and Bootnode, with support from the Ethereum Foundation and every major L2, the OIF is already accelerating intent-based applications.
