Official Statement on the Polymarket MicroStrategy Market
Regarding the Polymarket market "MicroStrategy sells any Bitcoin by May 31, 2026?", I've consulted several legal advisors, partners, and others experienced in crypto and prediction-market disputes.
Let me be clear about one thing: I knew I was taking a risk. My position was aggressive, and perhaps I was greedy. But taking a risk doesn't change the facts — and it doesn't give a platform license to enforce a vague or unwritten rule after real money is already on the line.
The written rule stated that the market resolves YES if MicroStrategy sells any of its Bitcoin by the date in the title. It never said the sale had to be publicly disclosed by May 31, filed in an 8-K by May 31, or confirmed before the deadline. The date of a sale and the date it is disclosed are two different things.
If Polymarket intended this to be a disclosure-based market, the rule should have said so plainly. The average user reads "sells any Bitcoin by May 31" as an event-based condition — not a question of when that event is made public. Whatever ambiguity exists was created by the wording of the market itself.
I bought 49,695.76 YES shares for roughly 35,000 USDC. That is real money, and it deserves a serious review. I will keep strengthening my legal documentation, gathering evidence, and engaging the right legal support. I intend to see this through to the end using every lawful channel available to me.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking that the written rules be honored, that the facts be confronted directly, and that this market be reviewed fairly.
Prediction markets only function when people can trust that words mean what they say.

THIS GUY BUILT HIS ENTIRE COMMAND CENTER INSIDE OBSIDIAN USING A SINGLE CLAUDE INSTANCE AND NOW HE NEVER LEAVES IT
He calls it handro operator
Here’s what’s actually running inside:
> Live Claude usage tracking (tokens, models and real-time costs)
> A ClickUp task queue with Claude generated action suggestions that can be executed immediately
> Full calendar sync
> A custom intelligence feed for signals and news (AI video, Reddit, frontier research, searchable by keywords and time)
> An Intelligence tab with Gmail highlights, Slack activity and Fireflies meeting transcripts
> The ability to reply to emails and Slack messages directly from Obsidian without ever leaving the vault
He built the whole thing in a single day:
Mood board → defined the specs → dropped everything into Claude with one prompt → got a complete dashboard UI kit → fed it back into Claude → Claude mapped and connected everything automatically
The article below goes deeper into how to reduce token usage when combining Claude with Obsidian
Save both the post and the article - you might end up combining the ideas into a single product later
7 weeks to 10x. 6 days to 20x. Started with $3K
This isn’t luck. This isn’t hype
This is what happens when you stop trading on gut feeling and start trading on signal

Most people on Polymarket are guessing:
> They’re reacting to headlines, chasing narratives and hoping the market agrees with their story
> @SynthdataCo isn’t guessing - it’s forecasting
The difference is brutal: one group prints, the other explains losses
DAN MARTELL SAYS THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST PROFITABLE AI BUSINESSES YOU CAN START RIGHT NOW - AND THE WHOLE SYSTEM COSTS $20/MONTH
a viral TikTok slideshow is not a creative project - it's a recipe and once you have the recipe Claude Opus 4.8 can produce 10 fresh versions of it in one prompt
the system that people are using to make $8,000-15,000/month: snaptik finds a winning slideshow, Claude breaks it down slide by slide with a hook on every slide, ChatGPT generates the images, Pinterest fills in the real photos, Canva puts it together and Postiz schedules everything automatically
the part most people miss - every slide needs its own hook not just the first one
"step 2: use active recall" gets people to leave - "step 2: the trick that feels harder but works 3x faster" gets people to save and share
one viral slideshow becomes a template - one template becomes a week of content - and Claude can generate 10 variations from a single example in 60 seconds
no camera, no face, no coding - just a $20/month system that runs while you sleep and compounds every week
one slideshow a day is a hobby - a few a day with this stack is a business
polymarket team has already hinted that weighted volume might be more important than you think
so i created a website to check your weighted volume
https://t.co/1ONoAqHCRe
you can see there is a big difference between standard volume and weighted volume
btw i have also added some other features which can give you an edge for $poly

Save this post. These are literally all the endpoints you’ll need when building a real Polymarket bot
A computer science student from Zurich built a Polymarket startup and released it on GitHub for free…
He created a bot that can detect the real strategy of any existing trader.
Here’s how it works and how you can use it for your trading:
Lets imagine, you found a new category to trade, for example movie markets, and a trader who seems to close every his trade in profit.
But you dont want to just copy trade him blindly, you want to understand how this trader thinks, which strategy he uses and how you can adapt it for your trading.
So, you add this trader to this bot, and the bot starts collecting all available information and statistics about him: which markets he enters, when he enters, how much he trades, how long before the market ends he trades and when he usually closes his positions.
After that, this bot uses its own research tools to analyze his behaviour and look for repeated patterns.
For example, this bot notices that only in movie markets, this trader always buys the most likely outcome right at the beginning of the market.
To check whether it works in practice, the bot runs this strategy in paper trading mode (using real historical market data from its own huge dataset).
And it finds that YES, cause all movie markets are less volatile and the early winner often turns out to be the correct outcome.
Then, this bot generates a detailed report with the research results and real market examples.
This way you can reverse engineer hundreds of different wallets, find strategies that actually work and are used by real traders, and use them for your own trading.

Arc
https://t.co/lgPLO7cVlJ
@Morpho@lifiprotocol@AcrossProtocol
그리고 @hibachi_xyz

🚨 SOMEONE JUST KILLED THE COACHING INDUSTRY
a developer spent 22,000 hours building a Personal AI Operating System on top of Claude Code
now anyone with a terminal can install it for FREE
it knows your goals, remembers every decision you've made, and prepares your morning briefing while you sleep
[ the numbers are insane ]:
- hours of dev work in it: 22,000
- sessions logged: 6,000
- time saved per day: 2-3 hours
- GitHub stars: 12,100
- skills built in: 45
- workflows wired up: 171
- safety hooks: 37
- cost to install: $0
[ the science is wild too ]:
no embeddings, no vector databases, no AI magic you can't read
every memory, decision, and context lives in plain markdown files
you read it with cat, search it with ripgrep, version it with git
4 memory types compound over time:
- work memory (active projects, open decisions)
- knowledge memory (domain expertise, research)
- people memory (contacts, companies, relationships)
- learning memory (patterns, mistakes, what works for YOU)
every complex task routes through a 7-step cycle:
OBSERVE → THINK → PLAN → BUILD → EXECUTE → VERIFY → LEARN
privacy is enforced by CODE, not prompts
a hook called ContainmentGuard physically blocks sensitive data from being written outside designated zones
[ the grift opportunity is even wilder ]:
freelancers are already charging $500-2,000 per personal AI setup for executives, founders, and busy operators
one person + one weekend = a consulting business that didn't exist 6 months ago
every AI productivity app you're paying $30/month for is replaceable by 4 hours of setup work and this one repo
