I have been using MoneyGram for many years. I am a person with a permanent disability and I cannot leave my home. For this reason, I do my shopping and use financial services online from home.

Therefore, online money transfer is not simply a matter of convenience for me. If I were physically able to leave my home, I could simply go to a MoneyGram agent or another service point and send my money there.

Yet the same type of problem has happened to me again. My transaction 75133376, sent from my own CaixaBank account to my own bank account in Pakistan, has been placed on hold for additional source-of-funds verification.

This is not the first time. I faced a similar situation on 25 February 2026. I contacted MoneyGram through online chat, X and Facebook, provided the documents requested by your TDD team, and eventually the matter was resolved.

I fully respect legitimate compliance requirements and I am willing to cooperate with them. But why does the same problem keep happening to the same customer despite previous cooperation and documentation?

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for fairness, transparency and a clear explanation.

@MoneyGram, please explain why this keeps happening and what you will do to prevent it from happening again.

In an interview with Christiane @amanpour regarding Imran Khan's continued imprisonment, @Kasim_Khan_1999 Khan expressed concern over the complete restriction on familial communication:

"The last time we spoke to him was for Eid in March and after that we gave a message on his behalf, and a pretty frustrated message, and since then we haven't been allowed to speak to him."
