Remember, it's not just pupils who need words of positivity and kindness, but your colleagues and support staff. Even the parents in your community could do with words of positivity and kindness. Connecting and building strong relationships takes everyone in the community.

@mmartin_edu @BullerSamantha From my experience, the north east coast presents interesting challenges - no high volume tourism, decline in farming and large industries (including dock/ship work) poor transport links and huge SEN costs to try and meet needs
