I’ve since had to rename some agents and regenerate some avatars to be able to safely share screenshots w/ colleagues however. Oh well.

Most of the complexity in loop and graph engineering is getting absorbed into the product. You’re still designing both — a bot per function, handoffs between them — you’re just declaring it in plain language instead of building it. The harness didn’t go away. It’s the products now instead of yours (thinking grok bot).

@heyitsyashu I got excited about OpenClaw, I remember those nights - the openclaw message boards that turned out to not be real? Idk - I think @bot just did it better, though. It’s a really great UX for deploying and leveraging agents.
