Honored to have joined @michaelbhorn on one of his great events he has been putting out there. Physical Education is needed now more than ever. We have to take into serious consideration, the physical and mental benefits it has especially during such a stressful and chaotic time.
"Students need to feel safe and have fun. If we throw these crazy workouts or unreal expectations at students on day 1, they might not come back."
@curtin_doug and @michaelbhorn talk about making Remote PE a success.

Each part of a team has a specific role to play, every one important in serving the greater goal. Here was no different. The letter "A" was needed to create this sentence....with the help of a 6 year old, I delivered. #InPursuitOfBetter
Right now we have the opportunity to train outside, to train the basics, to practice consistency. Perspective is key! Let's keep up the momentum on our remote training journeys so that when things go back to normal, we'll be ready for the competition!
@CoachVegs@PLT4M Thank you coach! It was pleasure to chat and learn about the way you do things. Refreshing to see sport coaches realize they are all working together, not competing for athletes time! Keep up the awesome work!
I accept @p3collins challenge and am posting my first ever ‘coaching pic’ and a more up to date one ha! I nominate @CoachLarryCox@Coach_MGraham and @TrinitySwimDive for coaching pics and will be donating to the navy seal foundation!!
@PLT4M challenged me with the 1 minute air squat challenge so I challenge you! Has some fun with it and come up with a system that works for you! BE SAFE!
Back in Elementary PE they taught us to wear the back pack with two straps instead of one so we didn't hurt our backs. Little did we know it could become the next best training tool when we at home.

If you are looking to add some intensity or variation to your training while at home, but have no equipment...go grab a backpack and load it up!
Watch this video for some tips and ideas while at home.

People ask me all the time what makes @PLT4M different than other workout programs or softwares out there?
I think it is that we do everything in house and are driven by the fact we are high school coaches who know what it’s like to work with high school students and athletes.
Teaching any type of hinge to high school students is hard!
We are working on all sorts of new and fresh content here at PLT4M and know that our high school students and athletes can always go back to the basics like the Good Morning with a PVC. #InPursuitOfBetter
Thanks to @BrianHullPE for a great conversation tonight on @PLT4M#ChalkTalk. We talked about the power of routines in the classroom and how he aligns it all with @SHAPE_America.
Episode to come out in a few weeks so stayed tuned.
Starting to plan for the next wave of featured guest podcasts.
We have had so many great guests and looking for more! DM me if you are interested in jumping on to talk anything related to #PhysEd#Coaching#StrengthTraining#Athletics#Life!
Finishing up a video and decided to sneak in a teaser of some of the new content we have been working on for our @PLT4M community.
1) New instructional videos #MoveBetter
2) New Pillar workout videos #DonkeyKong
3) New Nutrition content #Fuel4Fitness
Took a field trip down to North Attleboro to record a great episode of @PLT4M#ChalkTalk with Head Coach Don Johnson and Strength Coach Kevin Mahoney.
We talk about the power of training as a team. Thanks for having me!
