@BrandonHerring0@kade_mcgee7 Same. I tell them to try & push their shoulders past the post. It’s hard to get them in the correct angles w/ straight arms. To me, bent arms gives a better opportunity for speed or strength delopement. Straight arms is more of a “I’m trying to survive conditioning” position.
Why do people talk on speaker phone in public places? Sitting in a barber shop, for my son, and there’s a guy talking on speaker right beside me. Seriously, why not hold the phone up to your ear and keep half your conversation private?
