I've been praying the past few weeks. Unsure why.

There's good evidence behind prayer. It mimics breathwork, calming the nervous system, dropping cortisol, and quieting the brain. Daily prayers show lower depression, anxiety, and pain.

I'd like to develop a prayer practice. Growing up, the protocol was written for me. Explaining whom to pray to, the structure of the prayer, and the boundary conditions.

I don't really know how to pray now.

@yulikay @AlexFinn At least create a separate standard user account and don’t use your normal Admin account! So you have some separation with limited access rights.
Then create a shared folder where you can put stuff that you want moltbot to see only

I am implementing a mental model with different sub-brains and personas for Clawdbot

Basically a multi-agent approach.

Each having a specific role and task.

Later on I will give them different default AI models.

What do you think? I am eager to hear.

What model is everyone using with Clawdbot? I burned through my Claude quota with Opus super quickly after only 5 chats and the setup process.
