Not entirely accurate, you can install a full Hermes Agent on android. Take a look at YouTube. There are several channels that address this elegantly. Full Linux desktop on an Android phone with Hermes deployed and active and fully functional

The Cursor solution is extremely elegant, but there is hope for Android, and I'm sure Cursor will be coming to Android really soon.
