@IndiGo6E booked a ticket and PAID EXTRA for zero cancellation and when we tried to do it on the app, the total refund on a 17k flight is 1K. When we called, customer care was clueless as usual. We were asked to call another number

@IndiGo6E Now after trying to call their third party insurance vendor - Liberty insurance, we have realised it’s definitely a scam because instead of transferring a call to a customer care exec, Liberty just disconnects. Great job on partnerships @IndiGo6E 👏🏻 good scam
@IndiGo6E which we then realised is a third party insurance vendor. But this is not mentioned ANYWHERE while purchasing this zero cancellation. Nobody to help - no customer care, no assistance, is this another way to scam customers?
