@CasinoCoin That's great (sarcasm...) tell me when you can get on an exchange. There is total garbage on exchanges. Why can't you get on coinbase. Explain. Until then, quit posting all this crap cause it's total BS if no one can find a place to buy it. - very frustrated investor!
Bitcoin maxis doing all they can to discredit @realDonaldTrump and the Trump administration because it will not make an exception of bitcoin and continue to preference it over all other digital assets as the SEC did in the past. For eight years or more the crypto industry was under attack and now there is finally the most powerful world leader fostering crypto and innovation and not attacking it and the response of Bitcoin maxis is not to say thank you Mr President but to attack him and other American based and originated cryptos It is really pathetic and shockingly ungrateful, especially as many of these bitcoin maxis attacking Trump are Americans.
@BitcoinPierre You put so much effort into complaining about XRP.... its really sad. if you don't like it, don't invest in it. Your complaints are so stupid. Move on...
Hey @ewarren, your buddy Jamie Dimon just unloaded a quarter billion dollars worth of @jpmorgan stock. You still holding hands 🤝
I hear the Epstein list is coming out soon. You finally going to ask questions on behalf of child rape victims captured inside the biggest sex-trafficking operation in history? Or are you still focusing on crypto?
LBRY will never be forgotten by me. The SEC successfully sued LBRY, Inc.
Nobody was protected and many were harmed by the lawsuit and the judgement. The business of LBRY, Inc was ruined and it assets liquidated. The case and the judgement were a disgrace. The judge did not even distinguish between the asset itself and LBRY sales. LBC (the native token) holders were particularly harmed.
It was an American company. It would have prospered under the current administration. It fought a great fight. The LBRY network continues.
The SEC also tried to destroy Ripple’s business but Ripple partly won on key issues. It had vastly superior resources.
I sincerely hope that the investigation into the SEC by D.O.G.E has a close look at what was done to an American company, LBRY Inc, and what it cost the US taxpayer to destroy that innovative American company‘s business and end its operations and jobs with no obvious protection to anyone, but instead doing great harm to investors who acquired the LBC token.
It should never be allowed to happen again. Unforgivable.
Meanwhile the SEC did nothing about foreign companies promoting scam coins and ripping off Americans. @elonmusk@realDonaldTrump@HesterPeirce@MarkUyedaUS
@GaryCardone Keep fishing until you get the response you want... just accept the fact that you live in a world where people value many assets... not just BTC... #XRP
There’s no other way to describe this other than putting Tenreiro in his place and saying, if you don’t like it, leave.
And make no mistake, Tenreiro EARNED this demotion and humiliation. I’m not saying this because he prosecuted crypto companies or because he hates crypto.
I’m saying it because I have knowledge that he litigates cases the way SEC lawyers litigated Debt Box. In the @Ripple case, the judge, without personally naming him, said Tenreiro lacked faithful allegiance to the law and would say anything, no matter how untrue, just to win an argument or advance his litigation goals.
How do I know Judge Netburn meant Tenreiro? Because she said it about the lawyers handling the Ripple case on behalf of the @SECGov. Tenreiro was the LEAD ATTORNEY, calling the shots.
Lawyers like Tenreiro have a win at all costs attitude, with no commitment to fairness, truth, or justice. He relishes being able to threaten using the resources of the U.S. Government to intimidate or bully entrepreneurs and litigants.
I’m a former federal prosecutor. You’re supposed to wear the White Hat and seek out justice, not feed your self-serving Prima Donna attitude.
@jackmallers Our county is great. And it is built on free markets. It seems you want a "Bitcoin Only" market. Why are you so against other Crypto projects being on a level playing field?? Give the people a fair choice and let the markets decide
@JamieWarm@bgarlinghouse Give up bro... just accept the fact that many cryptos will succeed. Your beautiful bitcoin will do well regardless.. Get over it.... its annoying and ignorant.
Some thoughts on maximalism… let me say this as clearly as I can – the crypto industry has a real shot, here and now, to achieve the many goals we have in common, IF we work together instead of tearing each other down. This is not, and never will be, a zero-sum game.
• I own XRP, BTC, and ETH among a handful of others – we live in a multichain world, and I’ve advocated for a level-playing field, instead of one token versus another.
• If a govt digital asset reserve is created - I believe it should be representative of the industry, not just one token (whether it be BTC, XRP or anything else).
• Maximalism remains the enemy of crypto progress, and I’m very glad to see fewer and fewer folks ascribe to this outdated and misinformed thinking.
Firstly there is no hill. He will probably be standing on it alone. The market doesn’t give a toss what Bitcoin maxis & the XRP army think of or say to each other, as amply shown by recent price action
Secondly, if he is the strongest warrior, the hill will be overrun in seconds
@corybates1895 Ripple sells, but XRP CAN BE USED. (Bitcoin just sits there). there is room for both/ many cryptos to succeed for many different reasons. Claiming there should be one and only one... is ignorant.
