@MartinSLewis Exactly! I work in financial services and I’m required to have a ‘clean’ credit record. Im worried that if I get into difficulty with my mortgage due to interest rate rises, I may find it difficult to move roles due to any impact on my credit file through no fault of my own

@Churchill my elderly mother had a flood last December. Almost 6 months later, you have still not repaired the damage despite accepting the claim. Calls and emails go unanswered- not great service for a vulnerable adult is it? Would appreciate a prompt response.

@virginmedia I have had to place the order again. They said I was being called to confirm I had placed the order online (even though I had signed the credit agreement online and set up an online account!). I am not happy as you have had to conduct a second credit check now -!

@virginmedia new mobile customer - ordered my phone - email to say dispatched. Not arrived - called you and was told order was cancelled as you attempted to call me to ask some additional questions! No email to bday cancelled and today you have even sent me my first bill! Awful!

@bt_uk still no fibre broadband connection after 10 days of the original activation date. No resolution to my complaint, no contact from anyone with a resolution just endless passing from team to team, chase email after chase. WHEN are you going to fix the issue? Maybe @Ofcom ?
