The next era will be shared bots. Bots are all currently so focused on individualistic tasks and goals. Unlocking context across users with shared goals will enable many new use cases. ie. A chief of staff for the household, a central bot CEO for an organization, etc.
I think the stronger entry point for agentic assistant tools like Grok Bot and Muse would be to host a 'phone twin' on cloud instead of a generic cloud computer. Almost everything can be done through your phone, and the phone has context that your computer just doesn't, especially if you enabled location sharing etc. This would unlock so many cool 10x use cases.
The phone is currently people's daily interface. Mobile wins over desktop in so many countries. Enabling this capability would be the true unlock for 'normies'.
Throwback to 2008 when I was flashing PIC microcontrollers to control pneumatic actuators for a paddle gear shift system on the University formula car team.
This was before the mass Arduino era. Damn I really should have thought about selling this breadboard schematic as a prototype board 😀
Introducing Interface, the primary hardware for the agent era.
Interface lets you control all your agents from your hand.
$99 for early adopters. Ships in January.
I don’t think we’ve fully grasped AI’s implications on hierarchical organization. A truly flat networked hierarchy is possible amongst agents, but will humans accept subordination? We live in a world driven by pyramid hierarchy.
So interesting. We finally have the capability to auto generate motion graphics but now it’s considered useless because people don’t want to watch videos like this.
I’d love to learn Hot Wheels math. How do they have so much inventory variety at such a low per unit cost. The only way must be volume but REALLY? How can there be that much global demand for specific models. How do they manage this backlog??
