@TUIUK @gemmaprior123 is due to travel to Tenerife, 28 Dec. Her 13 yr old daughter won’t have vaccine confirmation so they can’t travel. Under flex policy, what’s the latest date to change booking free of charge? She’s been told 3 different dates, nobody will confirm in writing🤷🏻‍♀️

@Ryanair if I book a flight today to travel in June can I add an infant (under 2 and to sit on my lap) to the booking at a later date? Is there a fee?

@TPEassist @TPEassist I completely agree! I’m not justifying the behaviour in any way and it should not be tolerated. But management must take some responsibility for failing to equip frontline staff to deal with these situations, putting them at risk of verbal abuse or worse!

Not excusing the behaviour but management are ultimately accountable for what happened tonight at Manchester Victoria. Staff fed inaccurate information. Useless speaker system. No way to communicate to the crowds. Disgrace! @networkrail @TPEassist @northernassist #strandedhuyton
