@onechancefreedm Ageee but not convinced it’s the precipice of a violent downturn. FL is coming down from a crypto-like appreciation - to be expected for the reasons you mentioned. If you bought after ‘23 and in a crunch to sell, won’t be great, but likely a gradual mild down turn
